Plan Establish the Total Health Circle in Twelve Maritime communities by 2010. This level of expansion is possible because we create a local community team recruited to operate the Total Health Circle in their community that mirrors the core team of the Total Health Circle International. Goal Build sustainable communities by integrating local resources with the global economy from a position of strength. Today the Internet is recognized as the center of all marketing campaigns in the new economy. Empower Communities to survive and thrive in the face of the energy crisis, global warming and the global economy. Empower citizens to participate directly in the global economy as entrepreneurs. Focus The focus is to build income and wealth through entrepreneurial activity using readily available technology, resources and guidance. Three major forms of entrepreneurial activity are used: Imports, Exports, and Skill Training. Imports: This consists of select suppliers to the Total Health Circle that provide products, services of benefit to the community (e.g., Renewable energy) plus the opportunity for community members to create an income through customer referral marketing. Exports: One of our first tasks will be to make a comprehensive inventory of the resources, skills, products, and services that are inherent in the community that lend themselves to export. Skill Training: Introduce trade craft skills into the community. The outlook for future strategic partners is positive. In Paul Hawken's new website, World Index of Social and Environmental Responsibility-WISER many of the organizations are potential strategic partners of the Total Health Circle . Rich Shefren, an expert in Internet marketing relates this delightful story of an instructive early business experience. He was ten years old and set up a lemonade stand. He did well making around $600.00 if I recall correctly. But a neighboring kid copied his idea and made four times as much. How? By partnering with six other kids in the neighborhood and offering them 40% of his take while he sat back and did very little. The kid made $2,400.00. Rich says it was an early lesson for him in the power of strategic partnerships. And if I may add, this is also a powerful lesson in network marketing, affiliate programs and sharing the wealth. We also plan on creating a Board of Advisors including Paul Hawken, Bernard Leitaer, Richard Douthwaite, Michael H. Shuman, John McKnight, Catherine Austin Fitts and David Suzuki. We will also seek strategic partnerships with experts in internet marketing including Rich Shefren, Mike Filsaime, and John Carlton.
